Refund policy

 

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, not used or damaged and with the stickers still on. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Our website customer support form does not allow file attachments so please email your proof (photos or video) to support@andcompany.store along with the order number.

We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.

Order is missing
In the case that the order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, but you have not received it, you should contact the shipping carrier, report the issue, and file a claim. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
After the return request is reviewed, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Refunds
After the return request is reviewed, you are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the items to us. Please send the items to the following address:

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the items or proof of received return delivery.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
